Job Description

Position: Sales amp; Services Administrator

Location: Naas, Co. Kildare (Hybrid - 2 days in the office)

Contract: Full time, Permanent

Salary: 25,500 per annum, paid monthly

Division: Medical

We currently have a great opportunity for a Sales Administrator to be part of our team, this role would be a hybrid role (2 days in the office, 3 from home) and will be based within our head office in Naas. The purpose of this position is to fulfil duties requested by your immediate manager/supervisor as well as all Administration and Clerical duties required.

Requirements

To be considered for the Sales/ServiceAdministration position you will ideally have the following;

Essential Criteria:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in MSOffice Suite
  • Ability to work using own initiative with strong multitasking capabilities
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and excellent administration, communication, and organisation skill
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy whilst meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal as well as having the ability to deal with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong commitment to delivering customer excellence.
  • Ability to train and support other administrators in the area of service.

Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for any new or existing customers contacting the Initial Medical Division
  • Handling queries and complaints via phone, email, and general correspondence In a timely manner
  • Data entry/ Invoicing
  • Logging calls to appropriate sales/service/credit control divisions.
  • Help maximize service calls / solve any complaints and pass out any new sales calls to sales consultants. Proactively interact with management and branch personnel with regards to service and customer-related issues.
  • Liaising with service controllers to update and close out service complaints sheets on a daily basis.
  • Preparing reports when required in a clear and concise manner, containing all relevant information where appropriate. Close off any issues relating to service or sales at the end of each day.
  • Covering for work colleagues who are absent from work eg. holidays, sickness etc.
  • Attendance at the operational team meetings.
