Heavy Maintenance Planner

PAM Ire Ltd. has an exciting opportunity for a Heavy Maintenance Planner in our new facility in Shannon. The successful candidate will oversee the day to day operation of the planning department and assist with heavy maintenance projects.

The Heavy Maintenance Planner will be responsible for: producing check planning reports on all heavy maintenance checks, managing facility wide manpower staffing levels and progressing current and future heavy maintenance projects.

Duties will include, but not limited to:

• Creation and monitoring of heavy maintenance check schedules.
• Maintain and optimise manpower availability.
• Assist with planning and heavy maintenance projects.
• Implement new planning procedures and processes.
• Motivate team members to complete tasks on schedule.
• Produce weekly and monthly KPI reports.

Requirements

• Planning background or strong technical background with a proven record of problem solving and results.
• Good organisational, analytical amp; time management skills essential.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise directly with supervisors and managers.
• Experience with Smartsheet, Microsoft suite and Trello advantageous.
• Work with a high level of individual responsibility.
