Martinsen Mayer are working with a Fintech based in south Dublin who is looking to add a Agile evangelist to the team.

This is not a Scrum Master or Scrum Coach role, our client is looking for a real Agile Evangelist someone believes there is more to Agile than Scrum.

Our client is leading the way financing solutions for scaling companies.

This client is on a positive trajectory and they want a Agile Evangelist to ensure they evolve in the right way

Requirements

• Responsibilities
  • Own and shape the development lifecycle
  • Support the development in defining, estimating, co-ordinating and delivery
  • Be passionate about continuous improvement
  • Identify, select and deploy tools that support the operation of the process.
  • Provide transparency and visibility into the progress of the development teams.
  • Mentor the engineering teams in the application of the development process.
• Must haves
  
  • 4+ years of practical experience working in Agile and want to do something new
  • Come from a Project management background would be great (Certified all the better)
  • Be a innovator
  • Someone who has owned and delivered a process in the past
  • Communication must be excellent
  • Not be afraid of a challenge
