We’re looking for a rockstar People Business Partner to help us foster an engaging, inclusive and high performance culture across Tinder EMEA.This role will be a right hand partner to our business leaders in EMEA and responsible for leading our culture and talent strategies for ~50 employees across our offices in Dublin, UK, France, Switzerland, Germany and Spain. The ideal candidate for this role is a self starter who has a passion for people and driving real business outcomes. If you’re an HR professional who loves to be problem solver, take ownership, and partner with people leaders in the day to day activities, then this is the right role for you.Responsibilities:
  • Build trust-based relationships with senior leaders and managers, understand their business strategy and associated people needs and consult on people decisions
  • Drive the headcount planning and recruitment process for the Tinder EMEA organization
  • Partner with Tinder’s Talent Management team to train and coach managers through the performance review process, including how to have effective feedback conversations, facilitating career development discussions and creating a culture of real time feedback
  • Lead all EMEA organizational culture initiatives, including annual engagement survey and action planning on opportunity areas
  • Partner with business leaders and global People teams on annual compensation process and provide guidance to managersPartner with Tinder’s Talent Acquisition team on headcount planning initiatives
  • Partner with Math Group EMEA People Team, Tinder’s Talent Management and IT Ops teams to build customized onboarding curricula for Tinder EMEA employees and facilitate local onboarding for new hires
  • Partner with DEamp;I teams on driving local programs and initiatives aimed at improving inclusion and representation
  • Actively identify business and team needs, make recommendations to existing programs and/or policies and create new ones to target gaps, in partnership with Match Group EMEA People team
  • Partner with Match Group EMEA People team to provide advice and counsel to managers regarding personnel practices and policy across priority EMEA markets
  • Attend, and facilitate, team and offsite meetings as needed
We’re looking for:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience as an HR manager
  • High EQ and interpersonal skills
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated change management
  • Experience with employee relations
  • Intercultural management skills
  • Experience of matrix organisations
  • Ability to work remotely
  • Knowledge of local employment law context would be a +
  • Language skills: German and/or French would be a plus
