".Role
- You are an experienced professional piercer holding a licensing certification
- You will be responsible for performing guests ear piercings and training qualified team members
- You will be a key ambassador of Rowan team, overseeing the needle piercing strategy and develop all training materials
- You have excellent communications skills and deliver an outstanding guest experience
- You will assist and advise guests with jewelry sales
- You make sure all policies, procedures, and any relevant field documents are maintained or updated
- You will oversee the buying and restocking of piercing jewelry
- You are accountable for growing brand awareness and driving traffic to studios
- You are looking for a full time position
- There is opportunity to grow within the company and take on a senior role in defining needle piercing policies and processes in all of our brick and mortar studios
Qualifications
- Passion for piercing, safety, and service
- Piercing license, Bloodborne Pathogen certification, First Aid and CPR classes
- 3+ years of needle piercing experience at a reputable organization
- Able to use an autoclave machine
- Available weekends and holidays is a plus
- Experience with piercing permitting for new studio launches a plus
- Beautiful portfolio (please include portfolio or Instagram account)
- Up to speed on the latest trends in piercing artistry and practice
