As a Technical Product Manager in the Distribution Technology team you will join a team of brilliant, friendly and energetic solutions architects, developers, QA engineers and Project Managers, distributed globally, who strive to deliver best in class custom solutions to our customers. This is a hands-on cross functional acceptance role that requires excellent testing, flexibility, organizational and communication skills ensuring business and technology teams deliver.   • Analyze business requirements, technical requirements and ensure use cases are fully traceable, implemented
  • Ensure cross team consistency with regards to implementation of customer facing use cases
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing for the various business units by providing schedules, samples, test results from execution
  • Working closely with various business units in ensuring all the critical Go TO Market Schedules and criteria are met when an API/Feature is deployed into Production
  • Coordinate dependencies between globally distributed development, testing, DevOps, RTB Teams to ensure smooth Acceptance phase
  • Supporting internal application teams in ensuring smoother integration, replumb of their products and services to Direct + by providing appropriate guidance, samples, documentations
  • Enhance User Acceptance Process to get extensive involvement from business units in release and sign offs
  • Responsible for creating Release notes for the various Business Units
  • Ensuring customer documentations are in line with the requirements/implementation by working closely with the documentation team
  • Facilitate customer communication on customer impacting changes by working with Data and Operations teams
  • Responsible for liaising with Technology and Business Units, and ability to understand and communicate within both disciplines
Key Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience within a similar position
  • Experience with business user acceptance testing and/or business use case analysis is desirable
  • Extensive experience in Web Services (SOAP, REST)
  • Extensive experience with Big Data and Cloud based API Solutions
  • Previous working experience with Commercial Business Data is a plus
  • Experience with Agile methodology and the ability to recognize opportunities for enhancement and continuous improvement
  • Experience using test management software, JIRA knowledge preferred
  • Good knowledge of SQL and other data retrieval methods.
  • Good knowledge of AWS Services, Tools and best practices
  • Good knowledge of Web Technologies (JSON, REST, SOAP)
  • Experience analyzing project requirements and ability to create User Acceptance Use cases
  • Ability to lead all related meetings with all levels of staff
  • Ability to work independently, and as a team player, while using discretion in decision making and sound judgment in problem solving
  • Must be able to troubleshoot and clearly document issues
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
  • Must have the ability and desire to quickly learn new skills and technologies
