Our client a 30 person SaaS business is creating a new as PMO division and wants to bring in a person to take responsibility of this Programme Management Office
This person will manage the successful delivery of programme of projects in a transforming environment and business.
You have the opportunity to create a high-performing function and team in this role and make it look and feel how you want it too as the first member of the PMO.
This group will grow significantly and become a pivotal function in our rapidly expanding company.
Requirements
- We want you to have
- Proven Experience building a PM
- Experience with establishing and implementing industry best practice
- Coordinating the activities of cross-functional teams and managing the dependencies between them.
- Using Project Tracking software
- Understanding of risk management
- Communication with all stakeholder’s is key
- Experience in training and mentoring new members
Essential Requirements:
- Proven project management experience
- Relevant qualifications, PRINCE, PMI etc.
- Proven knowledge and experience in Agile/Lean development methodologies
- Proven experience in driving projects
- Experience with cloud-based Data analytics platforms
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically when planning, managing teams and processes
