Martinsen Mayer has partnered with Cloudsmith to find an experienced and data-driven Marketing Operations amp; Analytics Manager to play a critical role in their growing marketing function. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will have responsibility for optimizing the lead flow process--owning lifecycle, attribution, and funnel metrics--as well as ROI management and strategic planning support for the global marketing team.

Responsibilities
- Understand, create and execute the framework of campaigns, lead routing, list uploads, and data management between sales and marketing systems (Salesforce, Hubspot, Google Ads/Analytics/GTM, Intercom).
- Partner with Demand Generation, Sales, and Developer Relations leadership to optimize our lead process to increase qualified lead flow (lead conversions rates, velocity, pipeline, and revenue generation).
- Drive forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management reporting for the marketing and sales teams.
- Drive the development, implementation, and optimization of a data-driven lead scoring model, helping to prioritize the leads that have the highest propensity to buy.
- Own the build and management of workflows and reports in Hubspot and Salesforce
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the marketing team and expertly communicate complex information and concepts within the space.
- Analyze, document processes for, and optimize the marketing tech stack on a regular basis to ensure operational efficiency, including staying up to date on the latest releases and updates
- Monitor and maintain data quality in the marketing database and improve reporting, and segmentation
- Manage nurture campaigns in collaboration with the wider marketing team and other stakeholders to guide prospects and customers through appropriate funnels.
- Ensure activity across marketing campaign funnels and customer behavior flows are tagged and tracked accurately for reporting and analysis, across multiple channels, including, but not limited to; paid search, social, display, and email marketing.
- Perform ongoing tasks related to data hygiene, lead routing, and segmentation.
- Lead and manage process improvement initiatives within the team and improve initiatives around lead targeting.
Requirements
About You, The Ideal Candidate
The sort of person we are looking for:
- 5+ years experience in Sales and/or Marketing Operations supporting sales processes such as Salesforce/Hubspot reporting, sales and marketing enablement tool management, and data management.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce database management.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (Google preferred)
- Expert in Google Analytics/Ads/GTM.
- Experience with sales enablement and marketing tools such as Gong, Outreach, Hubspot, Uberflip, Rollworks, etc.
- Ability to connect marketing and sales activities to business objectives.
- Hubspot Marketing Hub experience is a plus.
- Experience in a startup or emerging growth technology company is a plus.
