LetsGetChecked is a global leader in personal health testing. Our medical technology platform provides connectivity between customers and our global network of laboratories. We are enabling customers to order, manage and track their own clinical outcomes through a personal online account.
The Program Manager (Innovation) will focus on delivering multiple projects or programs of work, with a deep knowledge of how contemporary agile technology and product teams function and an emphasis on operational excellence. We’re looking for an experienced pragmatic project leader good at communicating and building relationships, not a PMI purist or someone who will deliver at all costs and burn bridges in the process. Some operational management duties (within the context of a product development organisation) will also be necessary. This role will be at the intersection of technical operations, product engineering, quality, scientific amp; clinical, and our commercial / client facing teams.
You will join us in supporting our large-scale, distributed platform spanning across multiple geographic locations. Our platform resides fully in AWS, operates in dozens of markets globally and focuses on ease of use for our customers along with integrity amp; security for the data they trust us with.
Position Description:
- Be extremely innovation focused.
- Help design and build out the Innovation Lab; establish Ramp;D processes, operating model and relationship management strategies.
- Help coordinate the Innovation Lab team, ensure the team is educated and empowered to support company objectives, policies and standards.
- Create and deploy a framework for identifying opportunities worthy of experimentation and investment; incorporate an agile/fast-fail project management process.
- Evaluation, qualification and refinement of innovation project backlog.
- Work with colleagues across the organization to identify, start-up and nurture ideas that enhance our value proposition and drive earnings growth and/or market value.
- Build relationships with research centers and other relevant institutes and consultancies to bring in cutting edge ideas and innovation.
- Actively reach out across the organization to broaden the base of participation by harnessing the talents, skills and perspectives within our employee base.
- Implement an Agile organization and collaboration technique within the Innovation Lab.
- Be a thought-leader and advocate for state-of-the-art / innovative operational approaches and/or supporting technologies.
- Support and drive key operational activities including daily, weekly, and monthly cross-org forums.
- Work with autonomy to find solutions to complex problems and be flexible and responsive to changing requirements and priorities.
- The ability for critical thinking outside your immediate sphere of responsibility.

Requirements
What we expect from you:
- Bachelors or Masters degree or equivalent industry experience
- 5+ years’ experience leading projects, programs or development in a high-tech business
- Curiosity and desire to learn new technologies, approaches, and management techniques
- Be highly analytical and operations focused, and have a high attention to detail
- Proven track record of delivering results through people, business and innovation management
- Experience driving innovation programs in the operations, technology or support fields
- An excellent communicator (in English), proactive and self-sufficient, with strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
- Project and program management experience in delivering key business outcomes
- Experience working directly with commercial and multi disciplinary teams.
