Principal Duties amp; Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all parts are moved into the Fab in a timely manner and follow all safety instruction.
- Be aware that you are working in a construction area and the environment changes constantly.
- Ordering and delivery of parts using the internal ordering system, ensuring correct stock control is always managed for the operation.
- Collection of customer parts from dock for storage in secure area. Parts will need to be decrated and stored.
- Must Have Excellent PC skills and be able to use excel/word/ outlook etc. PLEASE NOTE. You will need to be very experienced working with Excel and power point.
- Accurate reporting of any issues to Supervisor or Manager.
- Part of a cleanroom environment and must be comfortable wearing PPE.
- You need to be wearing PPE full time both inside and outside the Fab.
- Must be a team player
Requirements
- 100% compliance with all safety and protocol specs and regulations.
- 100% adherence to specs and best BKMs.
- Participation in performance improvement programs.
- Excellent attention to details and safety procedures.
- Excellent working knowledge of Excel and power point. (Pivot Tables Ect.)
- Excellent verbal and written English skills.
- Ability to handle delicate parts as well as heavy parts.
- Must be a self-started and problem solver.
- We work across all FA’s and all management levels so we need to be customer focused.
Person Specification:
- Safety minded
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to get on well in a team environment.
- Customer friendly, presentable and personable as a Company Representative.
- Attention to detail is a key part of this role.
- Ability to understand customer’s quality requirement process and be responsible for customer satisfaction and adhering to customer protocols.
- Strong manual dexterity skills and the ability to stand, stoop, walk and reach frequently.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and reporting purposes.
- Must be flexible to meet customer demands.
