To realise this vision will require significant change in terms of our HR processes and supporting platforms.

Trócaire is seeking a seasoned Project/Change Manager to lead on and deliver this project from planning, process and systems development, up to the migration of our global teams to the new ways of working, processes and systems.

The Project/ Change Manager (HRIS) will work in partnership with the Human Resources and Enterprise Systems Team in the Corporate Services Division, with colleagues in the Ireland and International Divisions (members of Country Management Teams globally) and with our platform partner Strandum.

Reporting to the Head of HR this is a Part Time (3-4 days per week) Fixed Term Contract for 4 months and is based in Maynooth Co. Kildare[1].

Key Duties amp; Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the production, management and delivery of a project plan (in consultation with others) and oversight and management of all project management routines including Risks, Lessons Learnt, etc.
  • Keeping the Project Board, Working Group(s), key Stakeholders and third parties on track with their respective deliverables and ensuring that all parties are collaborating and engaging with one another as required. Ensuring decisions are reached, upheld and process is moved at appropriate pace.
  • Ensuring the governance structure is functioning (through collaboration with Executive Leadership Team Project Sponsor) and supporting Project Governance with relevant updates, information to support decision-making, etc.
  • Outlining the time commitments and requirements of all the stakeholders[2] and ensuring managers and staff are freed up for the required period and are available.
  • Responsible for oversight of the external third parties, ensuring that they are delivering on their agreed scope of work and engaging in a productive and contextually appropriate manner with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Planning, implementing and overseeing the required change management that maximises staff participation and engagement and minimises resistance ensuring project success.
  • Devising a communications strategy and ensuring updates and reports are received by the various groups at regular intervals and that they have the information they need to make decisions.
  • Agreeing orientation and training needs of Human Resources, Country Management Teams, Line Managers and Employees globally and collaborating on training modules to facilitate appropriate roll out.
