The Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives on working in a fast-paced, highly flexible environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for hiring talent across all teams globally with particular focus on technical teams. They will work as part of the People Team and ensure that our recruitment strategy aligns with our overall people strategy. They will proactively partner with hiring managers in attracting the best talent to Cubic Telecom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing recruitment processes end-to-end
- Manage relationships with hiring managers and interviewers
- Manage ‘go-to-market’ recruitment campaigns
- Hold detailed requirements gathering sessions for existing and upcoming roles
- Screen candidates CVs and hold in depth screening calls with candidates
- Utilise creative candidate sourcing channels
- Ensure Diversity amp; Inclusion recruitment initiatives are executed
- Manage direct candidate sourcing channels
- Manage and optimise our referral program
- Manage relationships with 3rd part agencies
- Negotiate offers
- Actively manage all recruitment activities through our ATS
- Pull weekly recruitment reports and assess any bottlenecks in process
- Keep abreast of the Irish recruitment market
- Work closely with the People Team to manage new hire onboarding
- Work closely with finance on budget forecasting
- Manage new hire compliance
Requirements
- 3+ years of recruitment experience (in-house or agency)
- Experience recruiting for technical roles experience working in the .Net market would be of particular value
- Strong knowledge of the tech job market in Ireland
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent organisation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent stakeholder management experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience screening candidates
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Experience coordinating interviews in an efficient manner
