About the Role
A Charlotte Tilbury Team Leader is responsible for leading by an impeccable example to deliver world-class magic service and artistry alike. They thrive on challenge and the sky is the limit. They dare to create a vision that colleagues and customers dream to be a part of. The team leader works closely with our superstar management team to develop their own knowledge and skills to empower their teams to be the best they can be.
Key Accountabilities
- Working closely with your management team you will empower your team to deliver magic service like no other. This will involve making great first impressions, inspiring customers and colleagues alike and creating lasting relationships.
- You will drive off the buzz of achieving KPI’s that feeling of knowing you have made a difference, not only to the customer but also to your managers, colleagues and the wider business.
- You are more than a coach you are a magical role model. You are the glue that holds the pieces together, that go-to that inspiration and magic dust on top of the cake.
- You will drive operational excellence and gain exposure to all things management. Whether that is VM standards, expense management and staff coaching.
Your Skills and Experience
- You will be operating at the equivalent of a Supervisor level. Ideally this will be gained from a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail or FMCG.
- You aspire to be part of a beauty brand that disrupts the way it is seen and continues to grow. You love all things Charlotte Tilbury and are not afraid to spread the word.
- You will be confident in your ability and you are a champion that knowledge is power. You know how to motivate others and adapt your style to suit individuals.
- You are a problem solver who can think on their feet. You take a limitless approach and see nothing as an obstacle.
