Due to continued growth, Benamic is looking for a strategic account managers to build and maintain strong relationships with key business clients both existing and new.

Strategic Accounts Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage large, complex, highly visible, strategic accounts across EMEA
  • Manages the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales, while expanding existing accounts.
  • Focus on value-based selling, revenue growth within existing business, business case definition, ROI analysis, references and analyst data.
  • Successfully interacts at the C-level and is flexible to deal with all levels of role.
  • Drives significant coordination across various teams internally, such as: marketing, design, development, operations, marketing and finance.
  • Creates and drive strategic emphasis where none previously existed.
  • Accurately forecasts and achieves revenue goals.
  • Maintaining assigned key accounts and providing ongoing client support.
  • Developing and implementing client relationship management strategies.
  • Communicating with key clients to monitor client expectations and satisfaction.
  • Identifying new business leads and contacting prospective key clients to promote products and services.
  • Recommending and implementing improvements to the management of key client relationships.
  • Handling client queries and finding innovative solutions for complex problems.
  • Monitoring sales performance metrics and facilitating timely interventions.
  • Performing recordkeeping, as well as preparing sales forecasts and reports.
  • Being capable and confident presenting the business to key client stakeholders.

Requirements

The skills that you have:

  • 10 years+ B2B sales experience with multi-market exposure
  • Proven track record of success, achieving/exceeding quota in recent sales positions
  • Evidence of relationship building skills with an ability to grow and nurture relationships.
  • Exhibits characteristics of self-starting, risk taking, and a drive to succeed.
  • Ability to map out and strategically define account plans for top tier accounts managed.
  • Excellent at leveraging C-level and other senior relationships.
  • Effectively optimizes internal and external networks.
  • Collaborates cross functionally internally to actualize deal strategy.
  • Ability to negotiate complex deals.
  • Ability to travel
  • French and/or German language advantageous
