As Talent Acquisition partner, you will support the growth of the business through attracting the best talent in the market, while also getting the opportunity to work on HR related projects throughout the year. This is a 1 year contract role to cover maternity leave.
Requirements
- Create a pipeline of high-quality candidates for a broad range of roles across a number of disciplines with specific expertise in Construction disciplines.
- Source, screen and interview candidates
- Provide guidance to hiring managers on market factors
- Manage the offer process
- Support the broader HR team on driving departmental objectives through the business, through project work (20% approx)
- Other ad hoc duties as may be required from time to time
Skills amp; Experience Required
- Agency or In-house Talent Acquisition experience
- Construction/ Engineering knowledge would be advantageous
- Educated to degree level in HR/ Business or related discipline
- Strong interest in HR
- Knowledge of local Irish employment law, permit process and right to work regulations.
- Proven track record building relationships at all levels
- Experience working in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, organisational and negotiating skills, with the ability to work off own initiative.
- A real team player, with strong levels of emotional intelligence
- IT literate; familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
