Job Description

Reporting to the Head of HR, the ideal candidate for our HR Manager role is a strong generalist with a focus on Business Partnering and an understanding of Talent Management, Organisational Development, Reward and HR Projects.


Requirements

  • Participate as a member of the Management team as HR representative to ensure HR related issues are taken into account in business decision making
  • Provide guidance, leadership and consultation on all aspects of the employee life cycle including recruitment, developing and retaining talent, organisational design, on boarding, employee relations, reward, leadership effectiveness and performance management
  • Project manage, plan and implement people initiatives and projects to enable business areas to achieve their goals.
  • Provide coaching and support to people leaders on various initiatives and change programmes and day to day requirements
  • Manage Employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
  • Develop and monitor overall HR Policies amp; procedures across the organization
  • Champion the organisation's culture and empower its people to do so too.


Key Skills and experience

  • HR/Business Degree and CIPD Qualified
  • Significant strong HR Manager experience essential.
  • Strong consulting skills required.
  • Strong working understanding of Compensation process
  • Experience of Change Management philosophies
  • A track record of experience working in a fast paced environment
  • Strong customer focussed mind-set
  • Previous experience supporting the Construction industry is desirable
