Job Description

Position: Sales amp; Services Administrator

Location: Naas, Co. Kildare, Temporarily Remote Working

Contract: Full time, Permanent

Salary: 25,000 per annum, paid monthly

We currently have a great opportunity for a Sales amp; Services Administrator to be part of our team, this role would be based working from home with the flexibility for regular office visits required, this may become an office based position once restrictions ease.

The purpose of this position is to fulfil duties requested by your immediate manager/supervisor as well as all Administration and Clerical duties required.


Requirements

To be considered for the Sales amp; Services Administrator position you will ideally have the following;

Essential Criteria:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in Google Suite
  • Ability to work using own initiative with strong multitasking capabilities
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and excellent administration, communication, and organisation skill
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy whilst meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal as well as having the ability to deal with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong commitment to delivering customer excellence.
  • Ability to train and support other administrators in the area of service.


Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for any new or existing customers contacting the Pest Control Division
  • Handling queries and complaints via phone, email, and general correspondence In a timely manner
  • Logging calls to appropriate sales/service/credit control divisions.
  • Help maximize service calls / solve any complaints and pass out any new sales calls to sales consultants. Proactively interact with management and branch personnel with regards to service and customer-related issues.
  • Liaising with service controllers to update and close out service complaints sheets on a daily basis.
  • Preparing reports when required in a clear and concise manner, containing all relevant information where appropriate. Close off any issues relating to service or sales at the end of each day.
  • Covering for work colleagues who are absent from work eg. holidays, sickness etc.
  • Attendance at the operational team meetings.
