TCG Consulting, leading global independent strategic advisors for Corporate Travel, Meetings, Payment and Expense Management is looking for motivated Business Management Consultant to support our customers in EMEA region.

This position assists with the organization and coordination of the day-to-day activities of expansive global Travel, Meeting, Fleet, Payment and Expense management programs. This individual will be required to deliver consultative and strategic results to our clients. They must be out of the box thinkers and present innovative ideas to help evolve existing Tamp;E programs.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Work with minimal supervision
  • Conducts client meetings and training sessions and converts pre-sales client needs analysis and client business requirements into successful client implementations. Uses a full range of analytic tools and skills to support everyday decision making and delivers business-building insights to TCG clients in areas of competitive insights, category management, sales driver analysis and effectiveness promotion;
  • Works with clients to achieve the best solutions for the client and maximizes product and services use, benefits and functionality. Identifies and resolves gaps between new and existing business processes for our clients through consulting approaches including forecasting, modifications, segmentation, targeting and ROI.
  • Provides client specific insights and consulting to internal clients regarding pricing and project management, needs assessments and preferences, and new services;
  • Becomes an expert with TCG’s products and services with analysis and solutions;
  • Works with personnel resources across functions and professions within TCG to ensure direct line of sight, conformance with requirements of each project(s) and client expectations and deliverables are exceeded;
  • Manages multiple program management practices (issue management, variance reporting, risk management and decision tracking), and contributes to standard client implementation methodologies and management best practices;
  • Ensures the services and key deliverables conform to what has been contractually agreed, and applies the delivery of said services against agreed schedule, quality, scope and budget;
  • Drives client satisfaction and delivers results to clients;
  • Manages and communicates global policies and objectives and supports an efficient control system to ensure maintaining and improving quality products, services, and increasing market awareness;
  • Delivers and manages multiple clients with same or different projects and service deadlines;
  • Stays current with global category trends, emerging markets and pricing;
  • Reports on the financial aspects of the contract (budget forecasts, variances and targets, etc.);
  • Partners with stakeholders during opportunity assessment, (RFP) request for proposal phases of the service delivery processes;
  • Advises on further business opportunities for TCG services from the client and provides information to the Sales amp; Marketing Department and Director;
  • Ensures resources and systems comply with all applicable laws, and ensures all safety polices and rules are applied efficiently and consistently;
  • Ensures the protection and confidentiality of the TCG’s process parameters, resources and technology. Governs the protection and any execution of TCG’s trade secrets, and service pricing. Directly reports to the Director any issues and/or non-compliance violations.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in category sales, solution consulting, client development or management delivery and execution, contract management, administration, Corporate Travel, Meetings, Payment, Expense and Fleet Management related experience;
  • Bachelor’s degree required with emphasis on business and operations management or similar field required;
  • Working with global offshore Shared Service Centers experience requested;
  • Comprehensive knowledge of global geography and travel;
  • Driven to develop own career and grow within the organization;
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask within a fast-paced environment;
