Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record managing large scale projects to join our growing Product team and support the rapid growth of LetsGetChecked as we continue to scale into the largest healthcare markets in the World.
The role will focus on supporting a portfolio of key company wide projects which need management from start to finish.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Develops strategies and directs teams with diverse scope on complex projects.
- Facilitation of workshops and requirement gathering sessions and able to describe the level of risk associated with projects.
- Develop detailed project plans and track progress to ensure successful delivery.
- Build excellent working relationships with all leaders across the organization.
- Help coordinate a team of product managers and tech leads to create quarterly plans for the roadmap, and work with them to ensure targets and milestones are met.
- Uses project planning tools and participates in the identification of and planning for future resource needs.
- Assure the quality of product delivery.
- Promote industry standards, best practices.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope and schedule.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Requirements

- 5+ years of relevant industry experience with a proven track record in a tech environment.
- Proven ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced agile organisation.
- Proven multi-tasker with experience managing multiple projects at once.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills including the ability to multitask, and attention to detail.
- Leadership and negotiation skills.
- The capacity to motivate a team.
- The ability to work under extreme pressure and strict deadlines.
- Experience working with Health Care and / or eCommerce in the past.
- Healthcare experience.
- Capable participant/presenter in internal and external meetings.
