Financial Services Support Administrator(9 month contract)
TransferMate Global Payments is a Globally Regulated, B2B Payments and technology, which greatly improves the international payments process for banks, companies and both our software and strategic partners, such as Wells Fargo, AIB and ING.
Role Responsibilities
- Support to Account Manager to manage external relationships with our Financial Service Providers across the globe
- Identify and execute new services including new bank accounts, payment services, FX and online platforms
- Support Account Managers to deliver on multiple projects from initiating to closing to drive business growth
- Be open to changes in projects and able to respond in a quick and dynamic manner
- Build a rapport with a wide variety of stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Manage expectations with all stakeholders
- Ensure the effective flow of communication and information
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- Facilitate team meetings to plan and review project results, successes and challenges
- Constructively challenge the organization to rethink assumptions and approach things in new ways
- Proactively seek new opportunities to drive business growth
- Take ownership of tasks assigned to you from initiating to closing.
Requirements
- Organisational skills with the ability to own, prioritize and balance multiple priorities and projects
- The ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast paced environment with a strong understanding of when to escalate urgent issues
- Exceptional presentation, communication and time management skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Driven, analytical and structured
- Experience with all Microsoft Office applications is essential
