Job Description

Immedis are seeking a Ceridian Onboarding Manager for our Ceridian onboarding projects . The role will be to support and develop a strong and talented team of Onboarding project coordinators, to help us evolve this team and function. You will be an experienced PM with strong technical grounding and a deep experience in helping customers through a business transformation so that you can mentor and help the PMs in understanding how to help Customers with their transition to a Global Payroll Model.

You will also place a strong emphasis on following consistent Project Management principles, processes and practices to ensure consistency and effective delivery in helping us scale up. Working alongside the PMO, you will play a key role in ensuring the standards are followed and supporting the measurement and tracking of KPIs as appropriate. You will also work with the team to input into continuous improvement to deliver a best in class project delivery and a great customer experience.

Requirements

You will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the implementation of a suite of Ceridian Onboarding Projects.
  • Responsibility for the successful completion and delivery of the project.
  • Line Management project coordinators in your Portfolio including training, mentoring and guiding project coordinators on their projects, building relationships and effective communications and customer focused delivery
  • Ensuring?PMs deliver a?first-class customer experience during the Onboarding process guiding customers through the processes and helping with the ‘Why’ to help with their understanding of the transformation
  • Ensure adherence to the Immedis Methodology, standards and PM practices on their Project Portfolio
  • Running Project Steer Cos and ensuring Governance is adhered to
  • Support on project escalations, assisting PMs with troubleshooting
  • Working with the Onboarding management, PMO and the wider Immedis team as needed to ensure on-time delivery, quality handovers and ensuring customer confidence
  • Fostering a?supportive and open?culture,?asking questions,?creativity,?to drive innovation?and?great customer?experience
  • Support on process and methodology development/continuous improvement as needed as part of the ongoing evolution and growth
  • Collaboration?across?the Onboarding?teams (PMO, Consultants)?to?find?efficiencies?and improvements in Onboarding Processes and ways of working
  • From time to time you may be asked to input into and review of SoWs for new projects.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a commercial environment as a Project or Programme Manager
  • Certified PM Professional
  • Graduate or Postgraduate with a minimum of a 2.1 degree in business or technology field
  • Previous experience in successful people management great at building and fostering relationships, mentoring and people development
  • Proven ability to act as a leader in business transformation projects
  • Experience in process mapping and supporting clear documentation of an end to end service
  • Strong exposure to software and service delivery, knowledge, and experience of project methodologies such as agile and waterfall
  • Knowledge of the global mobility / international payroll market

Desired Skills / Core Competencies

  • First class inter-personal skills, coupled with strong influencing abilities, at senior executive level
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written, as well as mastery of Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent attention to detail and time and workload management skills
  • Must be motivated, professional, work on own initiative, with the capacity to be a versatile team player - flexible, proactive and pragmatic
  • Experience delivering and end to end service implementation for customer transformation projects.
  • Experience of managing complex projects and their implementation
  • Experience of working with Sales, Delivery and Operational Teams
  • Experience in process development and improvement
  • Experience in payroll is an advantage but not required
