The Role

We now have an exciting opportunity for the right person to join our Sales team.

The CRM Analyst is responsible for maintaining key working relationships with our Agents amp; Solicitors by overseeing the data in CRM system, also play key role in providing day to day support to the Reporting Manager and the Sales Team on all aspects of data analysis to provide insight into sales trends.


Your main duties

  • Key member of the CRM implementation team, assist project manager with data cleanse, system testing, data transfer, ensure meet go live deadline and validate data in new system
  • Collaborating with other departments ensure the CRM strategy works well for every aspect of the business
  • Maintain current CRM system (Salesforce), deal with day-to-day queries from both external (Agents, Solicitors) amp; Internal personnel to ensure any issues are dealt with promptly
  • Agreed timeframe of when both Salesforce amp; Microsoft Dynamics will run concurrently, validate data in both systems to ensure always agree
  • Ensure the customer database/leads is correctly segmented by site for targeted marketing activities
  • Ability to integrate, compile, analyse, and evaluate data on sales performance metrics
  • Build GDPR compliance procedures in CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) to ensure anonymization procedures are in line with company policy
  • Build amp; Develop Dashboards in new CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) based on user requirements
  • Build amp; Develop Reports using CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) system to enhance amp; standardise the information shared with other departments in business
  • Assist project manager with next phase of the CRM system phased transfer of sites
  • Other ad hoc duties that the Company may require from time to time

Requirements

  • Degree in Business/ Finance or relevant hands on experience
  • Strong research and data analysis skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office and CRM software, Dynamics or Salesforce experience an advantage
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
  • Expert level proficiency with metrics and performance measurements
  • Proficient across the full MS Office suite
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to present technical detail to non-technical audiences
  • Strong team player
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
