Location: Rentokil Initial, Hazel House, Millennium Park, Naas, Co.Kildare

Contract: Permanent, Full Time, Temporarily remote working

Salary: 30,000 Per Annum, paid monthly

Rentokil Pest Control is currently seeking a motivated, driven and enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant.


Job Purpose

An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for the position of Recruitment Consultant based in Naas, County Kildare, Ireland. This position will have the responsibility to provide a first-class Recruitment service to the key business stakeholders, circa 400 colleagues within the 26 counties.

The primary focus of the role is to recruit and administer the most suitable in-house recruitment solution which consists of accessing the pipeline of candidates, potential candidate CV searching, advertising internally and externally, conducting telephone screenings with candidates, booking interviews, keeping hiring managers up to date at all times and gathering right to work documents and assisting with generating onboarding documents for new starters.

This includes colleague on-boarding/off-boarding, induction, checking in with new starters, payroll processing, and supporting colleague relations. This role has the accountability for supporting the business in leading and driving the recruitment process to ensure efficiency in the delivery of service.

Supporting Branch Managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process and onboarding for our colleagues in line with company policies and procedures to ensure best practice is followed.

In this role you will be accountable for ensuring that the information is set up correctly on the in-house recruitment and onboarding trackers, You will be required to build lasting relationships with hiring managers and work alongside them to fill any vacancies they have.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities and Accountability

  • Obtain sign off for each role by Hiring Manager and Director
  • Advertise all roles via Company Website and agreed Job Boards to attract the most suitable candidates to our business
  • Ensure Workable is kept up to date and candidates moved through the process
  • Direct resourcing through job board searches and social media channels Twitter / LinkedIn / Indeed
  • Monitor job postings to ensure each role is current and is in the correct business format
  • Screen candidates through the selected recruitment method including phone screens
  • Manage and organise the recruitment in-box
  • Assist in recruitment related projects and other recruitment requirements
  • Produce recruitment related reports as requested
  • Build recruitment pipeline through effective liaison with recruiting line managers, specific business sector knowledge/candidate matching, attending recruitment fairs, utilising job board alerts, networking and building relationships with external stakeholders
  • Attend career fairs / events / establish links with local Unis
