Client Manager
LRN is seeking a Client Manager to join our growing global Content Team. This role will be responsible for managing clients along with the management of multiple projects for a variety of business segments, and industries. We are seeking a professional who is collaborative, has a passion for managing people, projects and clients, creative with a keen interest in eLearning and is client focused and commercially astute.
LOCATION: Flexible, home-based position for the right candidate. Our offices are currently closed as a Covid-19 precaution.
KEY Responsibilities:
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, are of high quality and within budget
- Ensure clients are happy with project deliverable's
- Prepare a project plan per project with detailed schedules
- Set and meet (or exceed) the client’s expectations
- Communicate effectively with clients and other project stakeholders
- Track projects against the plan and report accurately on same
- Manage and motivate team members
- Meet with clients on a regular basis
- Manage multiple projects in parallel and meet the standard monthly revenue target
- Work with our Localization project teams and vendors on the Localization of project content
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
- Organized and detail orientated
- Highly professional
- Able to multi-task, and work on your own initiative
- Understand what makes great training
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willing and able to travel
- Interested in the training industry
Requirements
- eLearning experience is essential
- Must have at least three years commercial experience managing the development of training for either classroom or online delivery
- Fluent written and spoken German is essential for this role
