Payroll Processing Analyst

Job Description
TransferMate Global Payments is a Globally Regulated, B2B Payments technology, which greatly improves the international payments process for banks, companies and both our software and strategic partners, such as Wells Fargo, AIB and ING.
We are looking for a Payroll Processing Analyst to ensure all payments are accurate and completed on time. You’ll help us maintain an efficient payroll processing process.
Responsibilities
- Review timesheets and attendance records and correct inaccuracies
- Prepare and submit all necessary paperwork
- Oversee payroll transactions
- Document and implement procedures to streamline payroll processes
- Manage payment calendars for the fiscal year
- Report to management on payroll issues and changes
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in a payroll processing role
- Hands-on experience with payroll software (like Oracle and Kronos)
- Familiarity using Excel and spreadsheets
- Excellent analytical skills
- The ability to work under tight deadlines
