Job Description
TransferMate Global Payments is a Globally Regulated, B2B Payments technology, which greatly improves the international payments process for banks, companies and both our software and strategic partners, such as Wells Fargo, AIB and ING.

Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations and work closely with the management team to ensure payments and queries are all completed on time
- Working with our management team in understanding our strategic growth plan and developing our staff training strategy
- Promote adherence to company policies
- Drive continuous management process engaging with relevant managers to ensure goal setting and review process completion
- Drive all initiatives within the business
- Work closely with Payroll Department and other support departments to ensure smooth business project planning and completion
- Implement and monitor our continuous development strategy
- Disciplinary procedures and handling grievances, along with staff reviews
- Support projects and other tasks/projects as deemed appropriate by the line manager
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in management of human resources
- 3-5 years proven experience in similar role
- Past experience in a financial services role will be an advantage
- Demonstrate strong employee relations experience
- Experience in the development of training and development programmes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to the businesses changing needs.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to exercise sound judgement based on policies, procedures, practices, risk and precedent
- Experience in positively influencing challenging situations
- Proven ability to broker internal and external relationships to ensure effective business solutions and resolve conflict where necessary
