Property Manager (Part-Time)

Our client is looking for an experienced, energetic Property Manager to manage and further develop a personal property portfolio based in Dublin 2,4 amp; 6.

You will work closely with the landlord to manage all day to day requirements of the properties and address any issues or concerns of the tenants.

This is a permanent, part-time role (25 hours per week) with an immediate start date. This opportunity offers an excellent flexible working hours policy and work from home options, a highly competitive base salary and a performance related bonus.

Duties:

• Liaise with landlord and tenants on ongoing basis
• Hold property viewings
• Liaise with all service providers and state bodies on behalf of landlord
• Maintain rental database
• Advertise properties for rent
• Interview prospective tenants and check credentials
• Prepare all documentation for new tenancies
• Liaise with PRTB
• Monitor tenants in and out ,draw up and check inventories , deal with tenant issues
• Monitor rental payments
• Issue letters and notices
• Organize repairs, maintenance and refurbishments
• Manage payments and invoices

Requirements

• Must be PSRA certified
• 1 2 years’ experience in property management
• Fluent English
• Full clean driving licence and own car
• Flexible and hands on approach
• Self-motivated and good initiative
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills
• Friendly and approachable with positive attitude
