Job Description
TransferMate Global Payments is a Globally Regulated, B2B Payments technology, which greatly improves the international payments process for banks, companies and both our software and strategic partners, such as Wells Fargo, AIB and ING.
Working hours - 2 pm -10.30 pm
Responsibilities:
- Selling Transfermate services to clients and customers
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Generating new business for Transfermate in line with targets by qualifying and upselling leads/opportunities
- Be accountable for own customer base and follow up on all queries and commitments
- Ensure database and Salesforce is updated following each meeting or business transactions with clients
- To ensure all own work is completed in a timely and effective manner
Requirements
- German and English fluency is essential
- 1+ years sales experience and / or business/financequalification
- High level of IT proficiency with MS Office suite
- Highly driven, self-motivated and target driven individual
- Salesforce experience advantageous but not essential
- Experience managing multiple clients/responsibilities simultaneously
- Good multitasking, prioritization and organizational skills
