Contracts Manager

Location: Ardee, County Louth

Competitive package + half day on Fridays

We are looking for a highly collaborative and diligent Contracts Manager, based from Ardee with regular travel to Dublin and other locations in Ireland and the UK. Working closely with our Agent in Ireland, our Sales Account Manager and the wider Group Contracts team, you will manage the delivery of the customer contract, post order receipt and be responsible for the successful execution of all customer contract commitments.

Our Contracts Management team have full ‘end-to-end’ visibility of contracts from initial enquiry, right the way through to customer delivery and the first 28 days in the field. The Contract Manager is the key interface between our customer and customer facing teams, and every other department within the business. It will be your role to ensure that all parties are aligned in terms of specification and delivery throughout the whole end-to-end process and we adhere to business milestones.

About you:

  • To be successful, you will have demonstrable experience in a similar role as defined in this advert, where you have had experience of dealing with an end-to-end contract process. We would also be interested in those with or extensive knowledge and or experience of the bus industry.
  • This experience will be gained in a similar complex environment, dealing with products and services with a significant portfolio of potential specifications.
