Cafe / Retail Supervisor

Hazel Mountain Chocolate are looking to recruit Operational Supervisor at our beautiful location in Bellharbour, Co.Clare right on the border with Co.Galway.

Hazel Mountain Chocolate encompasses open floor plan bean to bar chocolate factory, cafe and retail shop all located at the foothills of the Burren mountains.

Successful candidate will:

• Manage all aspects of Hazel Mountain Chocolate operation and work closely with our Production Manager to ensure all elements run effectively and efficiently
• Leads team in day to day operations
• Direct day to day work performed in all areas in accordance to set quality, standards, customer service, cleanliness, safety and maintanance
• Lead the team in all aspects of Hazel Mountain Chocolate - cafe, factory and shop
• Be creative in their style leading team, organising team meetings and guiding through goals and standards
• Have working knowledge of cafe and retail

Full training provided

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: 13.00-15.00 per hour

Requirements

Requirements:

• Proven ability in the day to day management of cafe and retail team
• Experience of staff training and delegation
• Be able to demonstrate flair in merchandising amp; presentation
• Possess excellent customer service and people skills
• Proven track record in achieving agreed targets for labour, food and waste control
• Knowledge of operating espresso machine
• Strong leadership, motivation and initiative
