As an International IT Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:
What you will be doing:
- Sourcing technical and non technical IT positions across multiple countries
- Collaborating with hiring managers and HR on hiring requirements.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards and social media etc.
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media and networks.
- Perform the full cycle of recruitment from screening of candidates and job applications, to conducting interviews and assessing applicants' relevant knowledge, and on-board new employees in order to become fully integrated.
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to senior management.
- Act as a point of contact during the recruitment amp; selection process.
Requirements
The skills that you have:
- 5+ or more years' experience in a similar role (either in-house recruiter or agency) with experience of the full cycle of recruitment.
- Excellent IT skills with familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS) as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
- You should be confident with a strong motivation to meet and exceed KPIs goals and targets.
- You should always drive for continuous improvement.
- It's essential that you are a team player and have the ability to build relationships with internal clients and external candidates.
- Be able to work flexible working hours to assist with sourcing candidates in other time zones.
