Video Executive

Ryanair is looking for a Video Executive to join our Marketing team. You will be responsible for video content planning, creation and execution. Your focus will be on creating video content for Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, as well providing content support for other areas of the business. You will be working alongside the marketing, creative and digital teams to create content that will reach and resonate with Ryanair’s target audience.

Based in our Swords HQ, this is a permanent position.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of video projects for social media on a wide variety of consumer-facing topics, from travel to aviation.
• Build out the weekly and monthly content calendars for Ryanair’s social media platforms (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
• Shoot on-location videos and interviews for use across our communications channels.
• Produce custom-made video content optimised for specific social media platforms like Instagram Stories, Twitter and YouTube.
• Lead brainstorming sessions so to create campaigns that stand-out while constantly exploring new approaches and formats for our platforms.
• Edit, proofread and continually improve content.

Requirements

Required skills and experience

• Minimum 2 years in a similar role.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Outstanding video and content creation experience.
• Motion Graphics and After Effects animation experience.
• Strong video editing skills with attention to detail and a creative flair.
• Audio recording and editing.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• High level of commercial awareness and be target and deadline driven.

Preferred skills and experience

• Qualification in Video production, Multimedia or similar.
• Expert Adobe Suite editing experience Premiere Pro, After Effects.
• Ideally you will come from a social, content background in a B2C environment.
