Program Manager

The main purpose of the Program Manager is to improve the organization’s performance and ensure excellent customer relationships leading to high customer satisfaction and optimal financial results.

Responsibilities:

• Execute internal programs aimed at improving the organization’s performance, designed to deliver the organizational strategy or the business transformation.
• Execute external programs aimed at establishing, managing, and extending excellent relationships with their assigned accounts, leading to high customer satisfaction, increased revenues, better margins, and long-term growth.
• Act as accountable for new client engagement and on-boarding.
• Act as accountable for mentoring on specific items such as: complex quoting and scheduling, risk management, ad-hoc training, and specific topics identified within the team to support Service Unit Managers, Senior Project Managers and Project Managers.
• Provide consulting on specific operation-related items such as defining solutions/services, contributing to pricing.
• Define, manage and monitor compliance to Service Quality Plan (SQP).
• Own the operational input for the regular business review with customer, and ensure compliance with the customer MSA for the assigned Programs.

Requirements

• University level (Bachelor's) or equivalent degree in Business, Communications and/or a Language Services related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in service/project management or in similar roles/businesses.
• 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory or first level management role preferred.
