Job Description

TransferMate Global Payments is a Globally Regulated, B2B Payments technology, which greatly improves the international payments process for banks, companies and both our software and strategic partners, such as Wells Fargo, AIB and ING.


Responsibilities

  • Manages a portfolio of global payroll countries and oversees the work on these country engagements.
  • Manage payroll delivery for customers.
  • Manage monthly payroll calendars to ensure value date is met.
  • Work with our Global Partners to create strong relationships.
  • Undertake performance management review with the team and report this to Senior Manager.
  • Discuss payrolls with partners where required during Go-Live procedures to ensure all teams are aligned before going live.
  • Ad-hoc projects, analysis and tasks as required.
  • Maintain internal policies and procedures.
  • Adherence to Transfermate clients SLA’s.
  • Suggest enhancements where necessary.


Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 year’s global payroll department experience
  • Strong Decision and critical thinking skills.
  • Being proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Demonstrating an understanding of global payroll
  • Showing ability to work with confidential information
  • Strong attention to detail is essential
