Job Description
TransferMate Global Payments is a Globally Regulated, B2B Payments technology, which greatly improves the international payments process for banks, companies and both our software and strategic partners, such as Wells Fargo, AIB and ING.
We are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to join our team in Kilkenny.
Responsibilities:
- Working with all departments to achieve overall strategies and objectives and contributing to the overall growth of the company
- Engaging with other departments to guide a unified approach that meets market demands
- Develop marketing plans for the department and oversee its day-to-day implementation
- Leading the sales enablement process by providing sales teams with content they need to successfully engage customers
- Lead the design and coordination of promotional campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press etc.)
- Manage a highly efficient team of marketing professionals
- Review and manage content marketing strategy, analyse our marketing strategy and suggest improvements
- Determine KPIs for marketing department and track KPIs on a regular basis and present reports
- Present marketing plans and strategy
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), ideally in the Fintech industry
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in developing marketing strategies and leading sales enablement processes
- Expert in digital and social media marketing
- Degree qualified in marketing or similar
- Ability to apply marketing techniques over digital (e.g. social media) and non-digital (e.g. press) channels
- Understanding of different business disciplines (IT, finance etc.)
- Proven ability to design and coordinate marketing campaigns across traditional and modern channels
- Hands on experience with CRM and SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Adwords, HubSpot, WebTrends, Salesforce, etc.
- Experience working with various marketing tools relating to market research, data analytics, website development, product branding, visual communication software, written communication, and public relations
