Job Description
TransferMate Global Payments is a Globally Regulated, B2B Payments technology, which greatly improves the international payments process for banks, companies and both our software and strategic partners, such as Wells Fargo, AIB and ING.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver on multiple projects from initiating to closing to drive business growth
- Lead discussions and collaborate with external and internal teams including Senior Management
- Manage expectations with all stakeholders
- Ensure the effective flow of communication and information
- Be open to changes in projects and able to respond in a quick and dynamic manner
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- Facilitate team meetings to plan and review project results, successes and challenges
- Constructively challenge the organization to rethink assumptions and approach things in new ways
- Proactively seek new opportunities to drive business growth
Requirements
- 3-5 years relevant experience, preferably in a banking, insurance, financial services or a legal environment.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to own, prioritize and balance multiple priorities and projects
- Exceptional presentation, communication and time management skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Driven, analytical and structured
- Experience with all Microsoft Office applications is essential
- The ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast paced environment with a strong understanding of when to escalate urgent issues
