Registered Nurse

Due to continued success and growth, we are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our exciting high growth company. We want someone that is hardworking, self-motivated and with attention to detail, to join us to continue to drive our business forward.

LetsGetChecked are looking to hire a Registered Nurse to join our team for daytime, evening and weekend shifts.

We are looking for a customer-oriented individual with a great attitude, who is highly organised and self-motivated to work on our team.

In this role, you will be supporting patients who take an at-home test with LetsGetChecked, delivering test results and providing evidence based health and wellbeing related guidance.

You will also be supporting a key client program and remotely observing customers (adults and children) over an online platform collecting an at-home COVID test, which involves taking a lower nasal swab. This is a virtual role that you will be able to carry out from your own home.

Responsibilities:

• The Registered Nurse must be able to communicate effectively and professionally with all team members.
• Possess excellent telephone manner
• Answering incoming phone calls and video calls
• Making outbound result delivery calls
• Providing service information to customers
• Identifying and escalating customer issues to management
• Documenting all call information according to standard operating procedures
• Completing call logs
• Contemporaneous, accurate note keeping
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Nurse registered with the Irish Nursing and Midwifery Board
• Computer literate
• Previous telehealth experience desirable
• Fluent English
• Customer Service orientation
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Patience and attentiveness
• Organisational skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy of work
• Problem analysis and problem-solving
