Requirements

  • Demonstrate the ability to react to and influence any eventualities which may occur during the trading day, and influence your business through entrepreneurial thinking and forward planning.
  • Achieve Sales Target through the training, development and coaching of the team
  • Understand all aspects of brand performance in order to maximise sales, influence trade and subsequently challenge support functions
  • Provide and challenge commercial decisions
  • Be accountable for all aspects of Sales and Profitability across all departments
  • Set daily and weekly targets of the sales team and manage productivity
  • Plan staff schedules to ensure optimum floor coverage at all times in line with trading patterns
  • Excel company service expectations in order to drive the business forward through an outstanding service experience
  • Implement, manage and develop a clientelling culture to grow sales, and oversee the development and maintenance of commercial client books.
  • Review company customer service feedback and use to coach the sales team accordingly
  • Accept nothing less than service standard on the shop floor at all times
  • Effectively handle customer complaints, following Company guidelines.
  • Be knowledgeable about product and trends in order to deliver regular training to the team to improve their product knowledge
  • Project work will be required in driving excellence
  • Consistently evolve the customer experience in store
  • Must achieve flagship standards at all times
  • Be fully accountable for the recruitment, training and management of an excellent team
  • Develop a high performing sales team through Training, Seasonal Reviews and Performance Management
  • Work with Regional Manager to support the rest of the area, deputising when necessary.
  • Demonstrate and maintain a high level of interpersonal skills in order to get the very best out of your team
  • Build effective professional relationships with external brand partners, to ensure compliance to all areas require by the brands on people, service and visual.
  • Ensure all staff adhere to the Company business dress code policy
  • Ensure the Company disciplinary and grievance procedures are followed as detailed in the Employee Handbook
  • Manage up by understanding your business and communicating effectively with the host store, creating a positive relationship
  • Work with Regional Manager in developing and delivering training across the region
  • Support and development of sales to ensure succession internally
  • Maintain strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Use Weekly Sales Reports to continuously drive sales
  • Maintain a high standard
