Content Developer-Kubernetes Security Observability

Job Description
If you are passionate about learning new technologies and creating content to enable world-class customer experiences, then we want you to become part of the customer success team at Tigera as a developer of content for our Kubernetes security and observability products, including Calico Enterprise, Calico Cloud, and Calico OSS. One of the key objectives of the customer success team is to train and enable our customers to secure microservices in their Kubernetes environment so that they are 100% self-sufficient.
Tigera's customer success team is looking for a talented content developer to design, curate, and create educational content that will enable both structured and context-sensitive learning for our customers. In this role, you will engage with technical subject matter experts to design training curriculum and content, in-product help, technical articles, and blogs and videos for instructor-led and self-paced learning.
What will you do?
- Develop a holistic, content-driven strategy for customer self-sufficiency and product adoption
- Write technical how-to and troubleshooting articles
- Create in-product help and navigation
- Write technical articles about use cases
- Produce professional short-form and long-form educational videos
- Develop curriculum and content for instructor-led and self-paced trainings
- Collaborate with customer success engineers, product managers, and engineers to create high-quality technical content
- Analyze and report on content usage and effectiveness
Requirements:
- Technical background in network security and observability
- Comfortable working hands-on with enterprise infrastructure software
