We are looking for an experienced Payroll On-Boarding Specialist for UK and Ireland payrolls to make sure that our clients receive the best possible service. A Payroll On-Boarding Specialist will assist with the payroll on-boarding of our customers to our in-house payroll software’s and our Immedis platform.

What you will be doing:

• Assist to the On-Boarding of new payroll customers to our UK and Irish payroll software.
• Prepare parallel payrolls before Go Live payrolls to ensure our software is set up as per the customer requirements.
• Record payroll data in our software system and verify all amounts prior to checks.
• Prepare manual checks as needed for the customers or for the teams.
• Discuss payrolls with customers during On-Boarding to ensure all teams are aligned before going live.
• Prepare and present handover documentation to the business-as-usual team once parallel have been completed and signed off by the customers.
• Ad-hoc projects, analysis and tasks as required
• Maintain compliant policies and procedures for On-Boarding payrolls

Requirements

What we want to see from you:

• Experience in Payroll essential
• Familiarity with payroll software is an advantage
• 1- 3 year’s payroll experience
• Demonstrating an understanding of payroll taxes
• Experience in onboarding payroll beneficial but not essential
• Advanced Excel experience is advantageous
• Showing ability to work with confidential information
• Strong attention to detail is essential
• IPASS qualification beneficial but not essential
