THE ROLE:

The role will be responsible for the day to day management of the Brazilian payroll requirements for our international payroll services clients, with the key objective being the provision of a compliant, on time and customer focussed service to our clients.

The successful candidate will be an integral member of the Immedis Service Delivery Payroll team, will be given a high level of responsibility at an early stage and will gain immediate exposure to our clients in order to understand the requirements.

The successful candidate will work with colleagues, clients and partners based in multiple locations around the world and may be required on occasion to travel for business purposes. The candidate will have direct involvement in the provision of required services and have input into the further development of the business; to include direct communications with current and future clients and other external parties under the direction of the Senior Management Team.

The candidate will have strong project management and customer service delivery experience. Processing and Managing Brazilian payroll experience would be a key requirement for this role. They will have a strong customer service ethic and willingness to take ownership of the customer relationship throughout the engagement, to fully manage the customer requirements resulting in a seamless service delivery.

This role also includes opportunities for further education and qualification in the area of payroll.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the dayto-day management of the Brazilian payroll client allocation to include adherence with the payroll deadlines.
  • Co-ordination of monthly Brazilian payrolls for all our Immedis clients.
  • Maintenance of control sheets and reports in relation to client services.
  • Manage all communications with all Account Manager teams ensuring that the customer receives an outstanding service level through clear and precise communication and coordination internally.
  • Work effectively with other Immedis teams to ensure the continuation of a fun and effective working relationship: Global Tax amp; Payroll, Technology amp; Product, Operations, Sales and Marketing.
  • Work closely with the Technology amp; Product teams in the development of solutions to customer requirements and market needs.
  • Measure customer satisfaction on a regular basis and be self-critical internally in this regard drive the correction of internal processes and procedures to constantly enhance this area.
  • Manage commercial process, invoicing and SLAs relating to allocation of clients.
  • Responsible for ensuring project delivery key performance indicators are monitored and improved upon.
  • Work On adhoc projects and technical initiatives as assigned by the Senior Management Teams.

Requirements

  • Experience in the area of processing and managing Brazilian payroll.First class inter-personal skills coupled with strong influencing abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail whilst not losing sight of the big picture.
  • Ability to work to pre agreed deadlines.
  • Ability to organize workload and provide summarized reports for management and client updates.
  • Must be motivated, professional and able to work on own initiative.
  • Must be a versatile team player flexible, proactive and pragmatic.
  • Excellent time management skills: a project-focussed desire to set deadlines and outcomes with clear paths to completion.
  • Desire to develop a deep working knowledge of the Brazilian payroll market.
  • A small amount of international travel may also be required as part of the role.
