Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer. The Global Payments Team (GPT) are responsible for the management of Immedis’ Global Payment requirements for our customers.GPT currently encompasses a team of 14 staff who are responsible for the management and delivery of global payroll payments for our customers. The role of Treasury Director is important for the continued growth of Immedis. You will be responsible for managing Immedis’ payments systems, and delivery of strategic changes to implement the Payments Roadmap, delivering regulatory and payment scheme changes, to support delivery of Immedis’ strategy through robust, compliant, and cost-effective payment processes and systems.
What you will be doing:
- Master the industry payment landscape, and market intelligence.
- Execute Payment strategy to meet Immedis Roadmap.
- Optimize all payment channels and platforms and manage risk.
- Form strong relationship with payment partners.
- Ensure financial performance of Payment team; support revenue target and manage costs.
- Work closely with payroll operations and customer success to ensure a positive customer experience
- Ensure efficiency and effectiveness of payment channels.
- Update the Managing Director of situations, issues, opportunities, relationships, and performance of Payments partners.
- Work with Payment partners to drive innovative solutions and collaborations to drive growth and innovation.
- Work with IT and solution providers to develop new Payment solution for Immedis to match the capabilities at the centre of excellence.
- Global view and understanding needs and analysing ability of implementation of new project based on existent Company software, Regulatory requirements etc.
- Control on completion of the projects: different types of reports, documents filing, testing of successful implementation, presentation to users etc.
- Analyses of existing payment solutions.
- Identifying the GAPs and issues of the existing payment methods and recommend changes for the new platform.
Requirements
The skills that you have:
- Experience of managing payments operations in a financial services / banking environment.
- Proven experience leading payments teams.
- Experience in banking and financial services, covering multiple product lines and functions.
- Understanding of banking / Financial Services operations, IT and services.
- Understanding of the regulatory environment and PRA/FCA requirements.
- Ability to build and manage complex relationships across a wide stakeholder community internally including commercial and operational areas and with external stakeholders.
