A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Senior Business Development Lead to join our team. You will be responsible for hunting net new opportunities and strategically selling our revolutionary platform across North America.
We are looking for an ambitious and success-driven leader to both coach the outbound sales development team and deliver personally upon prospecting goals and exceed targets for meeting and opportunity creation.
You will be working on the front line of the commercial organisation, reporting to the Revenue Director and collaborating closely with the marketing team to execute upon the go to market strategy and create the valuable pipeline required to enable the company to exceed demanding new business targets. You will be working in an extremely fast paced environment with the expectation to create your own work, and as such will require a hungry and motivated attitude with experience in consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Within the BDR team, you’ll find a team of dynamic and adaptable individuals who are passionate in hunting new business and introducing our platform with the intention of helping companies to grow and drive revenue. They are adaptable sales-driven professionals who have high standards of performance, who want to win and be part of a winning team. We’re now looking for someone who can overachieve in this senior role, with a quarterly target responsibility.
