We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Representative to join our Finance team. Working as part of the wider Finance Dept based at Ryanair's Head Office, Airside Business Park, Swords, the ideal candidate will be required to undertake the following tasks.

The Department:

With over 4billion in the Ryanair bank account and operating across multiple jurisdictions we require a highly skilled team to manage our money. This department not only looks after Ryanair DAC, but the entire Ryanair Group of five airlines throughout Europe. Finance is key to ensuring we attain one of the strongest balance sheets in the industry. From FP amp; A to internal audit and everything in between, the work our teams do impact every area of the business and they play a pivotal role in ensuring our ongoing financial success.


The Team:

A small but crucial team of three sitting in the Finance function, they can be found doing work as varied as issuing invoices to airports to chasing down intercompany payments.


Duties Include:

Issuing invoices and credit notes

Ensuring receipts are received in accordance with agreed payment terms

Processing daily payment receipts

Dealing with customer queries

Processing monthly statements

Liaising with all departments within the organisation

Ad-hoc administrative duties

Weekly/Monthly management reporting

Requirements

  • Prior Experience of SAP accounting is beneficial
  • Strong written and oral communication
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to strict deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy are essential
