An opportunity has arisen for a Team Co-ordinator within the Ultra High Net Worth Team within Private Clients. This is a new role, created to support a newly formed team that will focus specifically on optimising service for the top tier clients of Davy Private Clients. The Team Co-Ordinator will report to the Managing Director of the team.

Key Responsibilities of this position will include:

  • Implementation of the Ultra High Net Worth Client Charter
  • Develop systems, processes and supports for Advisers to enable consistent delivery of the Client Charter and Private Client Value Proposition for this client cohort
  • Undertake a gap analysis of current state vs. Client Charter to include reviewing delivery of all elements of the Client Proposition, Investment and Financial Planning
  • Monitoring and reporting on inefficiencies, inconsistencies and/or oversights and ensuring issues are actioned appropriately
  • Development and maintenance of MI dashboard in collaboration with the Data/MI Team
  • Accurate recording of the charter on CRM systems
  • Budget oversight, ensuring spend is spread evenly across clients / Advisers to maximise reach and return on marketing spend
  • Co-ordinate with the Investment Team to deliver suitable client communication for the UHNW Cohort
  • Co-ordinates with the Events Team to deliver suitable client entertainment for the UHNW Cohort
  • Actively adding value to processes by introducing improvements and ongoing refinement
  • Generating ideas for improvement to client service
  • Involvement in ad hoc projects amp; business development
  • Liaising with internal teams within Davy
  • Comply with the Risk and Compliance frameworks, policies and procedures associated with the role
  • Provide general administrative support to the UHNW team members and ad hoc as required.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of the client proposition and the business needs in respect of the UHNW client cohort;
  • A high level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint;
  • Knowledge of systems, including X-Plan, Figaro and Power BI would be advantageous;
  • Ability to present data effectively, probe detail and identify/ prioritise issues;
  • A creative mindset, with the ability to design new approaches;
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and take ownership of problems, exercise sound judgment and determine appropriate course of action;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities on an ongoing basis;
  • A flexible, positive attitude towards work
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication and presentation skills;
  • An ability to work effectively as part of a team whilst also being comfortable working on their own initiative;
  • Excellent organisational skills;
  • An ability to prioritise own workload.
