Independent Merchandising Contractor

This position will be Reporting to the Operational Manager, the Merchandiser role will involve working as part of a team to deliver high visibility for all our retail clients. Core focus for the role would be stock rotation and planogram compliance. They will be required to seek out opportunities in store and deliver results to CPM and Client standards in order to assist of sales growth across categories.

Merchandisers will be expected to work on their own initiative and build strong relationships with store managers and achieve additional displays.

Responsibilities:

• To ensure that all merchandising guidelines are being adhered to with emphasis on Planogram
• Capture before and after photographs on a handheld device
• To maintain all CPM and client standards and policies
• To consistently strive to reach highest standards of performance for customers
• To ensure at all times that you operate in an effective and efficient manner to complete all tasks
• To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the operations team

Requirements

• Familiar with technology
• Good Interpersonal amp; Communication Skills
• Good Organisational Skills
