As a member of the Access amp; Facilities team, the Operations Administrator is responsible for onboarding, training and supporting our network of employees and subcontractors in accessing and using our sites and facilities.

Key responsibilities and Duties

  • Populate details of all site personnel into the Site Access Control system during onboarding with a high degree of accuracy
  • Provide training and support to Site Management Teams, Subcontractors and their employees as needed and become a key point of contact for system related queries
  • Conduct thorough Site Audits to assess compliance levels and have ability to analyse and relay the findings
  • Perform regular system maintenance and admin duties to remain GDPR compliant
  • Carry out administration of the reporting outputs with a focus on analysis and an ability to identify trends / gaps in Site and System Operations
  • Problem-solve issues in a positive and time efficient manner
  • Perform job with a high degree of accuracy and a right first time approach
  • Become a key liaison between Glenveagh and the Site Access System vendor with a deep understanding of the system
  • Assist with new site setups and liaisons with Site Management Teams
  • Assist with the management of Glenveagh facilities including Head Office
  • Provide cover for Access amp; Facilities-related functions during periods of leave or site visits
  • Highlight process improvement opportunities to help develop efficiencies across both Access amp; Facilities function
  • Meet deadlines and prioritise duties effectively in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
  • Maintain a professional image for the company in all dealings with public and stakeholders
  • Other ad hoc duties that the Company may require from time to time.

Requirements

  • Comfortable working in a Construction Site environment
  • Strong IT skills and ability to translate technical details to a non-technical audience
  • Full clean driver’s licence
  • Data Analysis / Critical-thinking skills
  • Previous experience in the construction industry in a similar role would be advantageous
  • Previous experience with database or system admin an advantage
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Performs best when busy
