Key Responsibilities amp; Duties:

  • Log all defects that come in onto Sandbox system
  • Responsible for managing through and closing out issues
  • Issue defects out to relevant subcontractors and vendors
  • Liaise with relevant site teams on any their issues, organise weekly review/meetings with them
  • Dealing with customers from point of completion. Liaise with site team on handover of keys. Accompanying first- time customers on guided tours of their newly constructed home
  • Providing support to team members by offering assistance on their respective work sites when required
  • Responding to customer enquiries
  • Deal with any customer complaints
  • Elevating the customer experience throughout their entire customer journey
  • Creating and capturing knowledge to produce valuable and informative content
  • Maintain a professional image for the company in all dealings with public and stakeholders
  • Other ad hoc duties that the Company may require from time to time

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Strong IT skills and ability to translate technical details to a non-technical audience
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines in a dynamic fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work well within and across teams
