Glenveagh Properties PLC is recruiting for our 2024 Placement Program. The Placement Program is designed to give candidates early exposure to the construction industry and provide valuable hands-on experience while working alongside a supportive team.
During the program, participants will have the opportunity to work across different areas of the business, including site management, engineering, health and safety, and planning. You will gain an understanding of the practical and technical aspects of residential construction, and develop skills and expertise that will serve you well throughout your career.

Responsibilities- Work withing our site management teams that include civil engineers amp; site managers to gain practical experience in the different areas of the construction process.
- Assist in the planning and organization of construction projects, from start to finish.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders.
- Conduct research and analysis to support project planning and execution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records and documentation.
- Attend regular team meetings and provide updates on project progress.
- Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field, such as engineering, construction management, or architecture.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and logically.
- Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- A willingness to learn and a strong commitment to professional development.
