About us:

Prestwick Aircraft Maintenance (PAM) Ireland Ltd is Ryanair’s first heavy maintenance facility in Ireland. Established in May 2022 the company supports the maintenance of Ryanair's growing Boeing 737 NG and MAX fleet and is located in a 3-bay hangar in Shannon, Co. Clare. The facility employs highly skilled aircraft engineers, mechanics, and support staff.

The Opportunity:

PAM Ire Ltd. has an exciting opportunity for a Store Person in our new facility in Shannon. Reporting to the Stores Supervisor the successful candidate will join a team join a team of highly skilled staff, with an essential part to play in safely maintaining a fleet of over 450 aircraft for one of the world’s largest and most successful airlines.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  • The control of stock movements into and out of stores both physically and on our inventory management system.
  • Assist in the control of aircraft tooling in the hangar.
  • Coordinate shipments of materials throughout the Ryanair network.
  • Ensuring stores are controlled and monitored in accordance with internal procedures which comply to EASA regulations.
  • Support the stores team lead in the control of time ex material and calibration items such as tooling, chemicals.
  • Assist in the smooth running of the tooling store, ensuring all procedures are followed.
  • Support the Stores Supervisor / Team Leader with PAM/RYR/IAA Quality audits.
  • Assist in all activities related to the movement of parts through PAM stores and the Ryanair network.
  • Ensuring all materials are controlled in accordance with internal processes and quality procedures.

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Forklift experience preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Knowledge of AMOS advantageous.
  • Understanding of quality processes and procedures desirable.
  • Experience working within the aviation industry advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Dangerous Goods preferred.
